Prohibits merchants from setting consumer prices using personalized algorithmic pricing without a required disclosure, and bars operating or licensing a system that coordinates pricing agreements among competitors. Also prohibits residential rental property owners and managers from using such a coordinating system to set or adjust rental terms.
