CONSUMER FRAUD-DIGITAL PRICING

Amends Illinois consumer fraud law to require grocery stores offering digital coupons to also provide an equivalent paper coupon on request. Bars retailers from using surveillance-based price setting or surveillance data within an automated decision system to set individualized prices for goods or services. Violations are treated as unlawful practices under the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act.
