Requiring the State Board of Education to create model policies on the use of technology and artifical intelligence in a public school classroom

Directs the West Virginia Board of Education to create model policies on classroom use of technology and artificial intelligence, sets definitions and standards, and establishes an AI sandbox course along with resources for students with technology-related learning difficulties.
