Child Exploitation Material - Civil and Criminal Actions (Safe Kids Act)

Establishes civil and criminal actions related to child exploitation material and authorizes the Attorney General to enforce the law. Expands the definition of 'computer-generated image' in child pornography provisions to include images created using artificial intelligence software, and raises the victim age threshold from 16 to 18.
