Algorithmic Addiction Fund – Establishment

Establishes an Algorithmic Addiction Fund in Maryland, funded by civil penalties from judgments or settlements over harm to children from social media and improper use of algorithms. Requires an annual report to the General Assembly on algorithmic addiction intervention services funded through the program.
