Civil Actions - Product Liability - Artificial Intelligence Systems

Establishes civil liability in Maryland for developers of artificial intelligence systems for defective design, inadequate warnings, or breach of warranty, and allows deployers to be sued in a developer's place under certain conditions. Authorizes the Attorney General to bring actions against developers or deployers for harm caused by dangerous or defective AI products.
