Requires Hawaii's Department of Health to establish and maintain an AI-enhanced online clearinghouse of evidence-based treatment and prevention programs. Mandates regular audits of any AI models used in the clearinghouse and requires integration of AI to support public navigation of available programs. Appropriates funds and requires annual legislative reports.
