Mississippi Medical Judgement Protection Act; create.

Creates the Mississippi Medical Judgment Protection Act, requiring providers and facilities to disclose in the medical record when AI materially contributes to a diagnosis, treatment plan, or clinical note, and requiring a licensed clinician to review and approve any such AI output. Bars automated denial or delay of coverage decisions, requires payers to report AI use to the Department of Insurance, and authorizes enforcement by licensing boards, the Department of Insurance, and the Division of Medicaid.
