Virginia Fair Housing Law, et al.; personalized algorithmic pricing disclosures, prohibitions.

Amends Virginia's fair housing, property disclosure, and landlord-tenant laws to prohibit discriminatory use of protected-class data and to require disclosure when personalized algorithmic pricing is used in the sale or rental of a dwelling. Bars landlords from using software, data analytics services, or algorithmic devices to coordinate rent prices, occupancy levels, or lease terms with other landlords or through a multiple listing service. The Attorney General may seek injunctions and civil penalties, and injured individuals may sue for damages and attorney fees.
