Law enforcement; artificial intelligence inventory, civil action.

Requires all Virginia law-enforcement agencies and sheriff's departments to annually conduct and publicly post an inventory of covered AI systems in use. The Attorney General and affected residents may bring civil actions to compel compliance, with a 90-day notice-to-cure requirement before suit. Covered AI systems are defined in the bill.
