AN ACT relating to the use of algorithmic devices in setting the amount of rent to be charged to a residential tenant.

Would prohibit landlords in Kentucky from using algorithmic devices to set the amount of rent charged to a residential tenant, treating such use as a violation of the state's Consumer Protection Act. Applies to rental agreements executed on or after the law's effective date.
