Relating To Algorithmic Discrimination.

Prohibits entities using algorithmic decision-making systems from applying those systems in a discriminatory manner when making eligibility determinations. Requires users of such systems to notify affected individuals whose personal information is used and to submit annual compliance reports to the Department of the Attorney General. Provides civil enforcement mechanisms.
