Use of Artificial Intelligence in Psychological, Clinical, Counseling, and Therapy Services

Defines the term "artificial intelligence" and prohibits the use of AI in the practice of psychology, clinical social work, marriage and family therapy, and mental health counseling in Florida. The bill restricts licensed mental health practitioners from using AI as a substitute for professional clinical practice.
