Health Care Providers and Health Insurance Carriers - Use of Artificial Intelligence in Health Care Decision Making

Prohibits health care providers and insurance carriers from using artificial intelligence for health care decisions if the AI is designed only to cut costs at the expense of care quality, timeliness, or coverage. Providers and carriers that use AI for such decisions must annually post certain data about those decisions on their websites.
