AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4; Title 5; Title 6; Title 7; Title 12; Title 39; Title 45; Title 47; Title 48; Title 50; Title 55; Title 61; Title 62; Title 65; Title 66; Title 67 and Title 68, relative to artificial intelligence.

Directs the Tennessee attorney general to report to legislative committee chairs on investigations into violations of the state Consumer Protection Act in which artificial intelligence was used to carry out an unfair or deceptive trade practice. The report, covering a prior two-year period, is due by July 2026 and may be submitted electronically.
