Consumer Protection - High-Risk Artificial Intelligence - Developer and Deployer Requirements

Requires developers and deployers of high-risk artificial intelligence systems in Maryland to use reasonable care to protect consumers from foreseeable algorithmic discrimination. Establishes disclosure, impact assessment, and other consumer protection requirements, with enforcement authority given to the Attorney General.
