AI USE IN HEALTH INSURANCE ACT

Creates the Artificial Intelligence Systems Use in Health Insurance Act, giving the Department of Insurance oversight of insurers' use of AI systems and predictive models in adverse coverage determinations. Bars insurers from denying, reducing, or terminating benefits based solely on an AI system or predictive model, requires meaningful human review with override authority, and authorizes rules on disclosure of insurers' AI use.
