State Department of Education and Department of Information Technology - Evaluation on Artificial Intelligence in Public Schools

Directs the Maryland State Department of Education, with help from the Department of Information Technology, to evaluate how artificial intelligence is used and could be used in public schools. The evaluation includes a survey of local school systems and a report due by December 15, 2026.
