AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 39, relative to unlawful images.

This bill expands the offense of unlawful exposure to cover images of a person's intimate parts or sexually explicit conduct that were created or modified using computer software, artificial intelligence applications, or other digital editing tools, when distributed with intent to cause emotional distress. It broadens existing criminal liability to AI-generated or AI-altered explicit images.
