Election Law - Campaign Materials - Disclosure of Use of Synthetic Media

Requires candidates, campaign finance entities, and their agents to include a disclosure when campaign materials they publish or distribute use or contain synthetic media. Defines 'synthetic media' as an image, audio recording, or video recording that has been intentionally manipulated to misrepresent its content.
