"Prohibition of Exploitation by Deepfakes Act"; enact.

Enacts Mississippi's Prohibition of Exploitation by Deepfakes Act, banning publication of non-consensual intimate deepfake and morphed images of identifiable individuals. Requires covered platforms to establish a notice-and-removal process and authorizes the Attorney General to enforce violations as an unfair trade practice.
