Vehicle Laws - Fully Autonomous Vehicles - Human Safety Operators and Reporting Requirements

Requires a human safety operator to be present in certain fully autonomous vehicles operating on Maryland highways. Manufacturers must report to the Motor Vehicle Administration any collision, traffic citation, disengagement event, or assault or harassment involving a fully autonomous vehicle in the state.
